Welcome to MoiLú LLC. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Because our soaps are handmade in small batches, every bar is unique. There may be slight variations in color, design, shape, and weight from what is pictured on our website.

• We list all ingredients clearly on our product pages and packaging.
• It is the customer's responsibility to read the ingredients list to ensure they do not have any sensitivities or allergies to the components.
• We recommend doing a patch test before full use. MoiLú LLC is not liable for any individual adverse reactions to our products.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if an item was incorrectly priced due to a typo). If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

• We ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout. MoiLú LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
• Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), shipping delays are outside of our control.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
